Cushings disease?

Does anyone have a pet with cushings disease? We think that Toby may have this & is getting tested for it on Monday. What can we expect if he has this? What where your dogs symptoms?

MIL's dog has had Cushings disease for about 2 years now. The symptoms were that he was tired, weak, and very thirsty. Later, he also got very hungry. He is on a regimen where he takes a chemo pill every few days. MIL has to give it to him with gloves. While he is overall more hungry, there are some days he does not have an appetite. On the occasions that he does not want to eat, MIL will make something really good like hamburger so that he eats every day.

He's doing fairly well considering. He is 15 years old. He has good days and bad. She has to help him on and off the couch. Some of it is difficult to tell whether the weakness is just old age, or the Cushings.

These are the symptoms that Toby has. Tired, no energy at all & will literally eat paper cox he is hungry all the time. My DH is convinced that he has it. We will find out tomorrow.
