I got lined baskets at Michaels (50% off sale) and took them to an embroidery kiosk in the mall to have them personalized. Cost me $10 each, total.
You can also get them at Current, Lillian Vernon and Pottery Barn.

ours are from PB Kids too, love them. IMO worth it, since they will use them year after year

I ordered just the liners from PBK and got the baskets at Michael's since they are much cheaper there.
