Re: Easter Baskets

do you want a real basket, meaning wicker? i ask because i went to the dollar store and picked up a cute "bucket basket" and a cute little purse for my daughter and i plan to stuff it with toys. and the basket for my dh with candy.

Re: Easter Baskets

Also check out the ones that they have on Lillian Vernon.com ...

For us I got her a white wicker one covered with pink and purple cloth with butterflies at Target last year. It was around $10 and very cute. I still have my basket from when I was a baby and DH uses another one that we just had laying around since his parents didn't save his basket...so we don't have matching ones, but I can't seem to give up mine from when I was a kid so I kinda like it that way.

We used this one for Jack last year he was about 10 months old, it was soft and we found plastic eggs in the shape of balls.

Re: Easter Baskets

I just ordered this one for Julia (the bunny), got her name on it too!

I like it cause its soft, and it will be easy for her to hold.

Re: Easter Baskets

I have the one from LV with my son's name on it. The only problem is that it's not that big, so I can't fit much in it. I usually end up using that one to collect the hidden eggs in and a wicker one I bought for his goodies.

Re: Easter Baskets

We had one custom made last year - they do whatever design, color, name, etc that you want. Came out great and we can use it (hopefully) forever.
