Custom Shower Glass Doors
Can anyone recommend a good Company.
has anyone had these done or does anyone know someone in the business.
We are shopping around for a good deal for 2 glass pieces. One that will have the door and one side is a half wall.
TIA

we priced out a lot of places from glass stores, to home Depot Expo and Blackmann and they were all around the same price for the frameless doors. Framed doors are far cheaper. For what we wanted framless was about 1200 while framed was 400. We went with Rite Glass in Franklin Square. I was happy with them.

Re: Custom Shower Glass Doors
We are in this process now. They came and measured and they should be back to install in about one week. I'll let you know what we think once it's done.

Can I ask who you are using? My DH wants to call around and get quotes right now, just curious how much they would charge us... and of course I would like to know how your installation goes

We're using Tri-View - they have locations in Copiague and Westbury. They are also putting a mirror in a frame for us (we supplied the frame). I'll let you know how it goes!

Re: Custom Shower Glass Doors
Try New York Shower Doors in Freeport. They have a nice showroom, good selection and custom options.

Re: Custom Shower Glass Doors
This is a copy of my reply from a previous thread...
We got our's from The Glass Emporium in Kings Park
My FIL has worked with the owner for years. He was meticulous in the design and installation.
ETA: They were able to customize the height of the enclosure for me, the width of the door, all hardware as well.
I wanted the glass to be taller than normal height with an extra wide door and an antique handle to match the rest of the room. We also flipped the handle/bar placement inside out so we could have the towel rack on the outside of the door.
There are more pics in my house album Image Attachment(s):
