Cute Idea I heard, for those going for 20 weeks sono.. before the holiday.
I know its only a week away so I doubt there are too many of us going.. but thought I would post. I heard this yesterday from someone and wanted to share incase anyone else didnt think of it.. and would like to do:
When they went for their 20 week sono, they had the tech right down the gender on a piece of paper and then put in envelope and then when she got home she wrapped it and put it under her tree.. The couple is opening on christmas day.. Isnt that the cutest idea!!

That is a very cute idea! I would never have the will power to hold it until x-mas, but still a very cute idea.
(my 20 week appt wont be till Jan.)

i am wishing/hoping/praying to have a 16 week u/s so that we can find out for New Years - there's a whole backstory - but it would make it so special!!!!

OMG!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that idea! Too ba dI am not due for my 20 week sono yet! That is the cutest thing ever!!!!!
I would totally do that!

That is exactly what we are doing. I am at 26 weeks---the sonogram tech wrote it down for us at 20 weeks. I am DYING to open it! My DH was smart and signed over the seal so I can't mess with it.
We are very excited for Christmas morning. This is going to be the best Christmas gift EVER I'll be sure to post to let you all know.....

If you can't do it on time for Xmas, you can always do it for Valentines Day. Or even just a special dinner nightout with DH if it's some other time of year.
