Cute rain boots?
Any suggestions for cute rain boots? I was looking at some from Target which seem OK, but was wondering what you all wear on those days where it's absolutely pouring out....

I got a pair of rainboots from J.Crew a few years ago

I got these last year and I LOVE them.
They are tretorns and I got them from zappos.

I also saw these the other day Bloomingdales "Big Brown Bag" Rainboot and I thought they were cute, but I wasn't going to spend $60.00.

I was wondering the same thing - if you are a half size, should you order a size up or down? I'm a 8.5 - should i get 8 or 9? I saw cute rain boots at Shoebuy.com.
