D&C Girls...
How long did it take to get your period after you had the D&C?
My gyn said I have to wait one cycle to TTC again and I am so impatient :(

I got mine exactly 4 weeks after my D&C.

you are lucky...mine is adamant about us waiting 3 cycles 
i am impatient too and when i heard 3 cycles i actually cried but in a way it's good i guess b/c i don't think i am ready anyway. the first week after the mc i thought i was ready to try again asap but now that it's sinking in (it's been 3 weeks) i realized that i am not ready to be pregnant again...it's too soon for me personally...i need to finish grieving this loss first...and i know the next pregnancy is going to be scary and dreadful in the beginning and i need some time to breathe before being on eggshells - so as much as i want to be pregnant again i'm scared and scarred from this experience...
but anyway, to answer your question, my doc said to expect a period in 4-6 weeks...i feel pretty pmsy 3 weeks since the d&c so i am hoping that means mine is on it's way in the next week or 2...

I bled for a week after the procedure and 5 weeks to the day after the procedure I got my period. I had two anovulatory cycles before I was on a normal cycle again. It sucks and I'm sorry you're going through this.

My Dr made us wait two cycles. My first AF came 40 days after the bleeding stopped, which lasted about 2 weeks. My second AF came 36 days after that.
