Dance for 3.5 year old

My DD is 3.5 years old. She is in MYGYM and she does soccer. I thought about putting her in dance but I dont know if it will be to much on her.

Does anyone have there DD in Dance? and do you reccommend a dance studio in or around West Islip?

I don't have a daughter, but if you think she might need to be involved a bit more, you can always try it and if it's too much you can always pull her out.

My nieces dance in North Babylon and I believe they have a studio in West Islip as well. They put on a HUGE recital. I just don't remember the name and I can't get a hold of them. I tried googling it but I stil l can't find it!

You never know she might enjoy it!

A friend of mine owns a Dance Studio in Huntington. If you are willing to travel I can alwyas give you her info!

Re: Dance for 3.5 year old

Ava is almost 3 1/2, and we live in West Islip too. We got to June Claire on Deer Park Ave in North Babylon. The teacher is wonderful. The girls love it!

They do ballet, tap, tumbling and singing. It is a 1 hour class. The class is huge, but the teacher is soo good that she holds their attention the entire time.

There is also a studio on Sunrise, I think it's called Suzannes. It is next to the pre-school and Planned Parenthood. They have a 3-4 year old class.
