Cheryl Burke's rep is denying that her client was involved in an affair with her then "Dancing With the Stars" co-star Drew Lachey. In a statement to TMZ, she claims, "The story that Cheryl is involved with Drew Lachey started 2 years ago when they were partners on Dancing with the Stars, it wasn't true then and it isn't true now."
Rumors of an alleged affair began when married dad Drew Lachey was partnered with Burke during the second season of "DWTS." Star is reporting some salacious details about how the alleged affair was found out by Cheryl's then-boyfriend Matthew Lawrence, kid brother of Joey Lawrence. The two were pretty much caught red-handed - or rather red-mouthed. Whoa!
According to Star, "sources say Matthew found his girlfriend cheating when he went to retrieve something from her dressing room." Lawrence ran out screaming after catching the two engaged in oral sex. Holy fox trot!
Once they were found out, says the mag, Drew threatened the Lawrence brothers to keep them from going public with the affair.
And we thought all the drama went down on the dance floor.

I don't know how much I believe of "the drama" that went down. And I certainly don't expect either of them to admit to it, if Drew is still married.
BUT I still believe something went on with them.

I KNEW IT!!!!!!
i told my mom i thought they were having an affair and she said "nooooo!". but there was just too much chemistry!
and last season when she got paired up with Wayne Newton and Drew was guest hosting she said "waynes the best partner i've ever had", Drew had this look on his face like he was disappointed. it looked like a lovers spat that they were trying to cover up!

hmmm, i don't know
cheryl started dating Matthew AFTER she danced with Drew...she wasn't dating anyone when she was drew's partner...so what did C & D get together a couple of seasons after they danced?...i would figure it was during
side note *Julianne and Helio were definitely getting it on

i don't think it is fair to be talking like it is definitely true when it was just reported by star mag - i mean, things like this get made up all the time - i'm not saying it can't be true - who knows? but to speculate this early w/o any details whatsoever is unfair.
we'll see what happens - it will come out eventually one way or another but it is a little early to start calling him a scumbag, IMHO.
