Day Care: Massapequa/Farmingdale area
Hi Ladies Not sure how often these "recommend your day care" posts come up, but... I'm due in December and starting to research day care for our LO. Just looking for any recommendations in or around these areas! I've contacted Kiddie Academy in Farmingdale & Tutor Time in Massapequa but just wondering if anyone has other places for us to look into... TIA!!

I really liked Prime Time in Farmingdale. We ended up going with a place closer to home, but I would check them out.

this exactly. prime time was our 2nd choice. we wound up going with teachers pets in levittown.
there is also munchkin land in farmingdale on 109 and main street. i needed part time and they don't offer that there, but we were going to check them out.

I liked Prime Time but they have a crazy waiting list and they give preferance to their corp clients. They do daycare for many corps in the area and when a spot opens they give it to them first. We were on the waiting list for almost a year before they called and even then they only had a certain day schedule.
I looked at Munchkinland. was not impressed. Also looked at the daycare at SUNY Farmingdale....great program but their building is a bit dingy.
Also looked at 2 in Massapequa. One was on the amityville border and was goign to send DS but then found KA and since it was closer we went with them. The teacher that is with the infants is amazing. She still checks in on DS everyday.
