Daycare Teachers Salary?
Does anyone know what the approximate salary is for a teacher for a daycare? What about Director ?

It's very low.
When I figured out the hourly cost to send DCs to one daycare center (Kiddie Academy) it would cost less than $8. and hour. Considering, the room they would enter has a 4:1 child to teacher ratio... that's $36. and hour BEFORE all other overhead costs, director's salary... etc. etc.... it's not much more than a minimum wage job.
Daycare teachers work very hard for very little pay.

I was in the field for years.
The salary is very low. I stayed, because, I LOVED the children and the staff. Certainly not for the pay.
I am no longer there, but, we work long hours and have to be very patient to be great in the job.
