Oh, thank you for answering. It's going to be a long day tomorrow :) I didn't realize till now, so good, because otherwise we'd be late for a party tomorrow

No, you'd be early.

If the party is at 8, and you didn't change your clock, at 7pm EST (Eastern Standard Time aka "set your clock back"), your clock would say 8pm. You'd get there at 8pm EDT, but everyone else would be getting there an hour later.

I know someone who had a load of guests standing on their front step Easter Morning that had forgotten to set their clocks ahead. They were running an hour behindand didn't even know it!
