days of the week
stupid question... but how do you abbreviate the days of the week. For examle. M T W ...
I always do M T W H F. BUt I dont know where I got this from and if its a recognized thing.
I am doing a schedule for work (coding things by day and time) and wondering if I will confuse everyone?????

I always use the three letter abbreviations, but that's because I'm anal like that. Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri, etc.

I do the three letter abbreviations, too, but I remember growing up that the abbreviation for Thursday was Thurs., not Thu.

i do the same thing. i started using R in college because a tues/thurs class was T/R.

sure, but in this case I am coding groups so it will be like H1 or H2 (Thursday 1st or second group).
On another note... I am shocked how many people are using R. No one else uses H?

When I used to waitress R was the symbol for Thurs. Guess that was the universal code instead of Thur

At school, R was Thursday, so if I were using only 1 letter, I imagine I'd use R for Thursday.
