dd has a broken blood vessle on the middle of her nose...
Serioulsy i knwo this is not a BIG deal but she had this thing on the tip of her nose that just looked like a pimple, wouldnt go away with over the counter cream so I took her to a
dermatologist. Turns out its broken blood vessle that may or may not go away on its own. when she is older if she wants it off they can laser it off or cortirize it off. Anyone else ever go through this.

I had that for the loooongest time. One day it went away on its own but it took years for it to go away. I would hide it with makeup. I know it probably drives you crazy, but try to make sure she doesn't touch it because you can make it worse.
