DD head keeps falling to one side in car seat

what can i get I already have this necjk thingie and i have the wings and yet her head is almost on her lap in the seat when she falls asleep. I mean otherwise she can keep her head up alone she is 13 months.

I think that means the straps aren't tight enough.

I agree. Her chin may be on her chest, but her back shouldn't be off the back of the seat. You should be able to put a finger between their shoulder blade and the strap. Nothing more.

It's OK if their chin drops. Pretty much all DC do that.

i was told by car saftey check people, not to use things like that b/c there not checked with the car seat for the saftey. i was just told to take a receiving blanket and tuck into car seat so head rests on the sides like an upside down U
