DD is almost 4mnths old and wearing
6-9 mnth old clothes  and its b/c of her length !! Anyone else go through this ? Even people are shocked when I tell them she is only 3 1/2 mnths old

OH YES!!!!! My DS ALWAYS wore bigger sizes
at 3 mos ~ 6-9
at 12mos ~ 12-18
at 18mos ~2T
he will be 3 in feb and is already wearing 4T, both tops and bottoms
Don't worry, its just a size!

I think mine's right there with Eva Marie,Val, he's got long frog legs so he's in 3-6 mo stuff already (just past 8 weeks old!)

Its just so crazy how fast she is growing !! I feel like I am buying clothes for her every month and I am trying to buy bigger sizes also to keep up with her !! I never delt with this with my other 2

 Eva has frog legs too !! When I watch her in the bassinet I only see feet in the air needless to say that she wont be in the bassinet too much anymore , she rocks that thing back and forth

By 6 months old my DD was wearing her big sisters clothes (18 and 24 month clothes). The pants were to long but shorts and t-shirts fit perfect!
In fact the waist of those clothes were tighter on my 6 month old then they were on my 20 month old
Now my girls are 12 months old and 27 months old and they wear the same clothes. 24 months/2T clothes. If the pants are a tad long on my 12 month old then I just roll the legs once or twice.

It does slow down...but you have a while, I am only seeing it now that he is 2½...I have 10 plastic bins of clothes already...and counting..I hope I have a boy for the second so I can use this stuff again

My son is 4 mos old and is about to be out of 6-9 mos clothes already mostly in length too. At 3.5 mos old he wsa 16lbs 1 oz and 26 inches long--the size my older son was at 5.5 mos

DD is 18wks and wearing 6-9 mo. Her length is 26inches and Dr. said today when she went for her checkup that she is 90-95%....long baby!!!

DD was in 6-9 month clothes at 4 months too! She's 9.5 months now and wears some 18 month clothes!!
We were at the doctor this weekend and my ped said she's in the 99.99% for height.

Yup, we still are, though I think DSs growth may have slowed a little now. At 4 months I also had him in 6-9 months, and the clothes swam on him, but I needed that size for the length also. Especially with PJs.
He's now 11 months and wearing 18 month clothing.

Oh yeah! Todd Jr is 6 months and wears 12-18 months! When he was 4 months he was in 6-9 months.

DD is 8 months and is in 12-18 months and straight 18 months in some clothes She's off the charts in length (was almost 29 inches at 6 months) and is 75% percentile in weight. I hope it slows down...my bank account can't keep up. She has grown out of her thanksgiving day dress already!!
