DD's Elmo Live Stopped Working
We've had it for less than 2 weeks. And I changed the batteries. Nothing....Nada....
Has this happened to anyone else?

How many batteries did you change?
Weird question, I know  But ours did the same thing, even after DH changed the batteries...then I was talking to a friend, and she said "did he change 3 or 6 batteries"-- and I asked him and he said "3  "-- turns out (I have not even looked at where the batteries go, so I'm winging the description here  ), when you open the thing up, there are 3 batteries...THEN, you have to lift some little part out, and there are 3 more batteries underneath that. So, DH had only seen the 3 batteries (my friend's DH did the same too, they called the manufacturer and asked them what was up with Elmo not working). Sure enough, DH changed the "hidden" batteries, and he's back to his loud, crazy Elmo self.

NO way!! I only changed 3 (2x!!). THANK YOU so much for posting this bc I was ready to bring it back to BRU tomorrow!!
