I had 10 at one of my follie checks ended up with 8 and implanted a 7 and a 9 cell on Day 3 and have healthy twin boys I also had an fsh of 14.9

Great update. I think it's a good sign that there is no huge difference in size between the lead and the "supporting cast" follicles, as my RE calls them.
Good luck with today's check.
