Deanna's Plan QUESTION
OK soooo
It says to  on CD8, CD10, CD12. CD8 was yesterday for me.
For whatever reason we didn't get to yesterday.
Today is CD9. Should we tonight and then CD11... and just be off and on odd CD's?
OR
Should we just wait until CD10 (sat) and have CD8 be a wash and just start on CD10?
I realize this is a bit of a silly question... but I'm really not sure what to do. I usually O on CD18 or around there.

I am not sure but I think the whole pt of the plan is to every other day so you can start on cd 9 and go every other day from there.
