Dear Mr. Car Driver...
...If you can afford a REALLY nice and VERY expensive SUV to drive, then surely you sould be able to afford car seats. This way, your 2 small children who cannot be more than 3 years old, who are climbing all over the front seat with no seat belts do not go face first through the windshield when you stop short. The Utica Avenue/Eastern Parkway intersection in Brooklyn was named one of the most dangerous intersections in the city for a reason. Just lookin' out for you!

  I know that area well too, its heavily trafficked. I used to head to Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center to do some work.

I'll be honest, I wish I had the presence of mind to call the cops. I usually just try to high-tail it home at that time of the day. I dont understand how irresponsible people can be when it comes to kids.

Its crazy isnt it. Don't beat yourself up about not calling the cops though.... I called CPS on a neighor who lets her kids stand in her mini van NAKED and they told me since the kids werent hurt they couldn't do anything
