Dear Neighbor,

Thank you for listing your home at $30,000 less than what everyone else in the neighborhood is listing (AND SELLING) at. We all appreciate that!

Signed,
My dog is going to pee in your flowerbed

Maybe he's hoping for a few bids to raise the price. Chat Icon

Well, from speaking to them, I know it's not as nice as ours (our is in the best shape, so that's why we're trying to go last), but it's better than another one that sold for MORE than what they listed.

Re: Dear Neighbor,

Is he the original owner? If so, then he can undercut anybody and still make a nifty profit.

Re: Dear Neighbor,

I've been noticing that the houses are just not selling for what they used to in our neighborhood.

Two houses on my block are up for sale and have had to keep dropping and dropping their asking price. They've both been on the market for at least a month.

I think it's just a shifting market, sorry to say, since we plan to sell next year.

They're not the originals, but from what they told me they bought it for....if they sell at their asking price, they'll make $161,000 in profit. Chat Icon
