DEAR SELF,
it is ur own fault that you are tired today..u should not have stayed up all nite stressing over money... the bills can be paid tomorrow, the house will eventually get clean, and you can do laundry some other time, and furthermore if u keep rehashing the movie the breakup in ur mind and pondering why brad pitt would leave jen aniston for angelina the ho u will never function tomorrow... NOW GO TO BEDDDD!!!
