BRU.com, I placed an order with you for a pack and play on 9/25, got my confirmation with tracking. HMMMM its 10/6 and no pack and play. Check my tracking #, cancelled  call your "customer service line" after about 65 prompts of pressing 1 or 2 I finally get to talk to someone. Yes ma'am your order was cancelled on 9/27...ok so when was I going to be notified? Well usually we send out an email but I guess you didnt get it....really your a genius. So now what? Well they can re-submit the order and send it out, but it may take up to 3 weeks to reach me, or they can send me a 25% off coupon, yea take my chances with the coup.
And UPS, your no better. I ordered a area rug for the nursery. Asked for 3 day delievery. Guess what, not here. Track the package, website said "item was misplaced by ups sorting facility" My rug went to Virginia . Call the "Customer Service" they cant help me because it hasnt been scanned since 9/30....sooooo you know its in Virgina, you people screwed up and now what? Ohhh I see you want me to call pottery barn and have THEM open an inquiry...ahhh I see, so I'll be doing YOUR job, will you be sending me your paycheck then?
