Decaf coffee.... why am i freaking?
Im in the 1st tri, is it ok to drink coffee as long as its decaf? Why am i worrying that decaf still isnt that good either......

I've been drinking a cup of coffee a day my whole pregnancy. My Dr. said it was perfectly fine. Don't freak.

decaf coffee is my salvation... it's one of the few liquids I can consume (with GD) that actually has flavor!

Yeah, you can actually have two cups (I forget the milligrams a day) of coffee and still be OK. Decaf is fo' sho fine. I've been staying away from any inklings of caffeine since my ankles and feet look like...shyte.

I drink a cup when I need it-- it's generally not every day though. Don't freak!
I think in the beginning, you want to do everything RIGHT-- but then you realize you don't have to be so militant about it...
