December Moms
How is everyone doing? Any health issues? Has everyone had their Level IIs? Have you guys started to register yet?
My health has been basically good (I'm due Dec. 1), but for last weekend when I started having some bad ligament pain and feared it was contractions--it wasn't, so everything is fine. I think I'm getting a little more uncomfortable now, mainly due to weight gain and shifting of things inside. Up until a week ago though, I felt great.
Our level 2 went well, and seems to be developing normally!
I haven't done a thing about registering or looking for baby furniture, but I hope to start on this after we move next Monday, along with deciding if we are going to change the decor in 's room. It's decorated for a boy already, and everything looks pretty good, so we may leave it as it is. My shower is supposed to happen October 20th, and my sister wants to send the invitations in the next couple weeks, so I'd better move fast with this!
Hope everyone is feeling well and drinking loads of water!

Re: December Moms
I am 21 weeks, don't know what I have gained nor do I want to know. But I am defiantly all belly and its VERY evident that I am pregnant.
Health wise I am fine, I have some acid reflux/heartburn , and some discomfort with the stretching but overall feeling pretty good I have more energy than I did the first few months and I believe I am in early nesting stage. I have a list of organizational items I want to pick up to organize the closets and basement, more so than they are already. DH just laughs at the lists I have literally all over the house.
We haven't done anything yet. We went to look at furniture but haven't decided, and I am hoping in the next 2 weeks to begin registering. We signed up for lamaze and start next month, and I am taking a BF class with my best friend who is preggo with her 2nd also in September so I am looking forward to that. We went on our "baby moon" a few weeks ago to Key West which was a wonderfully relaxing trip.
Just can't wait for Dec 19th!!!

Re: December Moms
another 23 week preggo here hey ya all!
I am still feeling great. I don't really feel bigger, and the scale says I haven't gained any weight since my last dr appt which was 4 weeks ago! I am sure it helps that I eat healthier, not as much sugar as I used to (including less fruit - I ate an absorbant amount - and less sweets). Though for 3 weeks I completely outlawed sweets, and the past week i sneaked in a chocolate or two and coldstone ! Will slow down for at least a week as welL!!!!
I have a dr appt next week and can't wait to go. I feel like the baby is less active than I remember - and I don't know if its in my head, or its true. It scares me and I just want to verify that all is well.
Are you guys feeling that the baby kicks harder than previous weeks? Mine feels the same, not stronger - I would expect the baby to grow and be stronger
I am actually pretty complete with my registry at this point - though dh didn't see any of it yet. So, next TODO is go with DH to show what I want and pick furniture. We haven't started yet, though i did find this which I like.
We are almost there! I can't believe we are entering our THIRD TRIMESTER! Image Attachment(s):

I love this crib and dresser! Where did you see this?
Yeah, my kicking has slowed down this week too. The baby still kicks, though not as much as before, and its no stronger. I wonder if the heat slows them down? Probably not, I think the temperature in there is pretty constant.

Re: December Moms
Im 20 weeks today...due December 27th!! Ive been feeling alot better lately--aversions are mostly gone, although I still get very tired. We arent finding out the sex of the baby, although the dr office knows.... We havent gone into a baby store yet, mostly for superstitious reasons, although we've gotten a few gifts from people. I've definately gained a good amount of weight, but the doctors say it is not too much. The baby weighs 11 ounces now. I have not felt any distinctive kicks yet. I get occassional thumping but its hard to tell if its the baby or digestion..hopefully Ill feel the definate kicks within the next few weeks. I got an adorable picture of the bottom of the babys foot at my 20 week appt yesterday. In the beginning I felt like time was going so slow and now it seems to be going so fast....

You made me feel better!!!!! I guess its not just me. I was just worried it may had something to do with food posioning - as you know I had that - and was scared.
As for crib set - thank you too!

Re: December Moms
December 9 due date here. We had our Level II a few weeks ago.
We did most of the registry, but will need to add some small items when summer is over.
We had picked out furniture but my mom (who is paying for it) thinks the quality is not that good, so we're back at square one. As a result DH says it is no longer fun and doesn't want to look anymore, he just wants me to do it.
Since the MD started weighing me, I'm exactly on target (as in 1 lb per week for 2nd trimester) which is good and bad. I'm not happy I'm hitting these numbers on the scale, but I'm grateful as of yet I haven't gone over the recommended levels. I just wish I would stop waking up every 2 hours to pee!! The whole uterus will move off bladder in 2nd trimester and offer some relief thing is definitely not happening for me. So, other than the complete lack of sleep, I'm OK!

Re: December Moms
december mom here! due dec 28 per doc, dec 31 per ultrasound...had the 20week ultrasound yesterday...baby is 11 ounces and most likely a girl although she wouldnt completely co-operate to let us see! ive had a feeling it was a girl for quite some time now though...ive gained 4 pounds now...had gained 7 but lost 3 from cutting out junk food i guess...im really just not interested in crap food right now which is good! feeling pretty darn good...just getting into mat clothes now, going shopping today to find some pants which will most likely still be way too big for me in the belly area :s
