Decided to try the Quick Trim 48 hour diet detox...
I am planning on doing the master cleanse for 10 days but decided to try this first for the first 2 days since you can eat with it.
We will see just how this works, who knows?...

It's a liquid you need to drink 4 times per day. Just had my first and it's not horrible...

It made me gassy but not really poop too much.
I lost 4lbs in the 2 days.
