decorating help needed... what color furniture with this room?
Help! We are trying to buy furniture for Roman's new bedroom. DH wants to go white but I'm not loving it. He doesn't think oak or pine will match the blue walls. What do you think? Any help would be appreciated, I am decoratively challenged.
I wanted to also add the floors are a honey colored wood. Image Attachment(s):

well i see there are white lamp shades in there, and i like the way it looks with the blue walls. i think a wood color would like nice too though.

I like the contrast of the white. I just think everything white will be overkill. This is too silly to stress over

I didn't buy any yet. I'm thinking of going with primary colors probably reds, blues. I saw a cute set from Tonka with trucks on it. I'm putting this to rest for a while, I haven't gotten anything done today. Thanks for the help

my nephew's bedroom is that exact color and they just bought him oak furniture and it looks beautiful. i think white may stand out a lot up against that color wall. GREAT COLOR!!

I personally wouldn't do white furniture for a boy, but that's just me... I think oak or honey would look beautiful with walls that color!
You can lighten things up through bedding or window treatments.

I think white will be too drastic of a contrast. I think honey-colored wwod will look nice with that blue.
p/s - I love the color!
