Decorating the mantel for the holidays
Anyone have pictures of how they decorate their mantel for the holidays? I am at a loss after the stockings

I don't have any pictures because I don't have a mantle. Growing up we had one- and I always loved the way my mom decorated!
She puts candles of different heights and shapes on the mantle, then puts holly down around the places where there aren't any candles, then has the stockings hanging off of stocking holders.
It looks gorgeous!

Don't have any pics yet- but our TV is mounted right above the mantle so it doesn't leave much room.
I have the fake greenery and a large branch of the red berries, also fake.

This was my mantel last year...pretty boring...I need to spice it up this year. I am using the same garland, but need other stuff too!

I put crystal hurricanes on each end and have stocking holders that spell out NOEL in the middle.
