Definately TMI, but...
After your internal exam were you crampy and did you bleed? I spotted for like four hours yesterday, doctor said this might happen and if it did it was OK.
The internal itself did not really hurt at all.
I am very crampy today and sore. Has anyone had this happen after an internal? TIA

The 2 internals I have had so far hurt me, and I too was very crampy for about a day or two. I didn't bleed/spot though.

I heard its normal to cramp and spot from internals. I cramped a bit but didnt spot.

I was spotting after an internal and got so nervous that I left work to go to the dr -- but he said it is completely normal!
