Defrosted Chicken Breasts
I had frozen chicken breast that I took out yesterday morning. I had them on my counter to defrost, and then when they were mostly defrosted, I put them in the fridge. I planned on making them last night, or tonight, but didnt. Can I make them for tomorrow...or do you think they are bad?

Re: Defrosted Chicken Breasts
You should be fine, but today would probably be the latest day you could use them.

Re: Defrosted Chicken Breasts
I don't defrost chicken breasts on the counter, it's not really safe. They can get too warm and you can get sick.
I might recommend only defrosting meat in your fridge from now on.
