Defrosted meat- how long?

Defrosted meat- how long?
I defrosted burgers and hot dogs but aren't cooking all of them today. What do I do:
1. Can I leave in fridge and use thru monday?
2. Should I refreeze the ones I didnt use?

You should never re-freeze meat that has been defrosted. If they were defrosted in the fridge (as opposed to on the counter) then you should be ok for 2-3 days. I wouldn't keep them beyond that.
