defrosting wedding cake??
Our 1 year anniversary is Sunday - YAY! - and the cake is taking up so much room in the freezer, lol. When do I take it out to defrost?? Does it go to the fridge first or just take it out and put it on the counter? I hope it tastes decent!

it was great!

I took ours out on Wednesday night and put it in the fridge. We ate it on Sunday and it was all good!!
