Delivery Time for BBB Furniture
They said 12-14 weeks but just wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Does it really take that long?

They told me the same thing. We ordered it on October 9 and it was in my house assembled on December 8, so it really only took about 8 weeks. I guess it depends on what's in stock and what needs to be special ordered.

Delivery Time for BBB Furniture
mine took much longer, but i believe it was at the store and they just never called me and told me it was there. Cause I just randomly called and everything was in.

Honestly, it's been a nightmare.
Ordered furniture in the beginning of October and was told it would take 8-10 weeks. I started calling last week to see what was going on and was told that my crib (which was not special order) would not be in until February. They offered me a loaner until then.
When I called later that afternoon to discuss some other options, the saleswoman I was dealing with told me that they found the crib as an in-stock item in another BBB store and it would be shipped directly to their store. Unfortunately, it could take 3-4 weeks. Regardless, that was still better than February.
Despite waiting forever for the furniture, I feel like they went above and beyond for us so far. I was even promised next day delivery when it does arrive. Hopefully it continues to go smooth and I get everything in a few weeks.
