Describe your workout
I need some new ideas- I am getting a bit bored at the gym. I usually do 2-3 Pilates reformer classes a week, which I love and am NOT bored of, and some cardio about 2-3 times a week. My cardio is what I need help with changing. I usually do some walking on the treadmill and then jump on over to the elliptical and do about 20-30 minutes of that. It is working, but I am bored. I have started doing HIIT once a week.
So share your routines- what do you do? I want to change things up a bit.

What about trying interval training on the treadmill or elliptical? For example 3 minutes at a moderate spead and then 2 at a challenging (can't talk) speed. Today I did 5 minutes at 7.0 with 1% incline and then 5 minutes at 7.3 with .5 incline. Doing these intervals makes the time go much faster for me!
I really like to take a spin class 1x a week.

I do HIIT on the treadmill once a week, so that is my interval training. I tried a spin class, but I was so out of shape that I haven't tried one since. Maybe I should try it again?

I start with jogging 1 mile on tredmill (12-13 min) at 1.0 incline. I do some floor exercises w/ball. walking lunges, step w/dumbells, and if Im in non stop mood do some circuit training. I like mixing it up.. I also tell myself "ok catt just do 30min and then go home" ...then I say "15 more min" then another and before I know it.. its an hour workout!

Definately try a spin class.
The rower is a GREAT workout! I love doing it and I'll do it right before a jog sometimes. Just 2,000 km. I used to do 1000 in 13 minutes and now I can do 2000 in 9.5
Like robyn, I do some interval training. I do circuit training twice a week. How about doing some step things, that's always fun! Up and over's, mountain climbers.
ooohhh...jumping rope! That's fun too!
