Pies are always good but if you're looking for something different, this Pumpkin Roll is AMAZING....it has kinda like a cream cheese filling, but it's SO good!

Not seasonal but I make this cheesecake every year:

DINAH SHORE CHEESECAKE
Printed from COOKS.COM
________________________________________
CRUST:
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. nuts (opt.)
1/2 c. melted butter
FILLING:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sour cream
Mix crust ingredients. Remove 3 tablespoons for topping. Press remaining on bottom and up sides of 9" spring form pan.
Combine eggs, cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream.
Pour into crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Chill 4 to 5 hours before serving.

I also like the Libby's pumpkin recipe for Pumpkin Pie. Very easy. I usually buy a Keebler graham cracker crust and pour the filling in. So good with a little whipped cream.
