Devastated. UPDATED!!!

So I've on a break getting ready for IVF in June. AF was due Monday May 5th but never came, I had tested the day before and it was a BFN.

Fast forward to Thursday I tested again and bam BFP! I was in shock, didn't have any expectations, after all my diagnose is I have DOR.

Friday I had BETA and progesterone which was 336 and 13.

Saturday, my boobs were on fire.. couldn't even touch them.

Sunday, I felt weird, empty, my boobs feel let sore.

Monday, today… boobs are back to normal. I still have that empty feeling, the bloat is gone. I go back this morning for BETA and progesterone.

I feel so done, hurt, angry, this will be my third MC. This roller coster world of IF sucks, sucks, sucks! In a matter of days how can one handle going from Shock, ecstatic, worried, to devastated?

If you've gotten this far, thanks for reading. I'll update later.

**** update***First, thanks for all the responses it means a lot. I guess I was just a little crazy this morning. Chat Icon

BETA 960
Progesterone 14

I'll try to refrain from the worried, crazy person posts. Chat Icon

I hope you're wrong. Just because you don't have those symptoms anymore doesn't mean it's a mc. Wait until you hear your beta. Fingers crossed for you.

Re: Devastated.

It can totally go both ways but I heard that some women feel a drop in their symptoms after the initial spike in hormones and then they come and go. Not everyone has typical pregnancy symptoms and your body doesn't always react the same way with pregnancy. That is a great initial beta so try and just wait if out to see what the next one is. Good luck and congrats!!!

Devastated.

Do not lose hope. When my beta was the same I felt nothing. My symptoms came and went for the 1st trimester.

I didn't feel pregnant for most of my first few weeks until the nausea kicked in. Don't read into symptoms...let the beta tell the story. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I wouldn't read into anything. When I was PG with my DS there were days I felt PG and days I didn't. Its just how the hormones work.

Just echoing what others have already said: the existence, or lack thereof, of symptoms really means nothing. Aside from food aversions, which didn't appears until late in my first trimesters, I didn't have any symptoms when I was pregnant with DD or with this, current pregnancy. Sending positive thoughts your way.

Don't read too much into symptoms. There are days where it can be really bad and days where you feel OK. I'm praying that you are wrong and your beta goes up Chat Icon

Re: Devastated.

It's not accurate to call a miscarriage based on symptoms. There are plenty of people who feel symptoms and have no idea they have miscarried and vice versa. Good luck!
