DH got a ticket in NYC BofEd spot
He is a teacher in NYC and got a ticket. The spot was a metered spot right next to the teachers parking spots. Do you think he can send a copy of his parking pass in with the ticket to show proof of employment and get out of the ticket?

Nope. I think he may be able to get a reduced ticket if he tries. They are really tough about that.
