I can't stand fish either. I added a dha supplement to my regular prenatal. All of the prenatals I found that have dha are fish based. I used this from Amazon. Spring Valley - DHA 200 mg, Plant-Pure Omega-3 DHA

Eskimo 3 fish oil are the best, no fishy taste and very pure. You can order them off amazon. My peri suggested them back in the day.
Also, taking fish oil as opposed to "DHA" alone, gives you the added benefit of EPA and I forget what else.

soooo true! Nope, not me. I recently read a meme: want to know what it's like to have a 4th child? You're drowning, then someone hands you a baby.

Re: DHA supplements- no fishy taste
I have been taking a high quality Omega by Plexus. There is no fishy taste at all and it has all the DHA we need. Approved by my OB/GYN. I take it with their Tri Plex Combo and their Multi Vitamin. All of these are supposed to create very plentiful amounts of breast milk, if you plan to breast feed. Gut health in combination with sustained blood sugar levels are so important during and after pregnancy.

My wife has been taking OB Complete Gold prenatal vitamins. The DHA is egg-based. She likes it and she says it doesn't have that fishy after taste. It also has a lot of folic acid, B6, B12, Iron, etc.
