I used to be that way, but over the years we got along better, especially when we all had kids and had something more in common.

none of DHs friends are married, but when we go out, i usually get along just fine with their girlfriends. there are a few that i just  at when i see them because they make no effort to be social, but i guess i am lucky in that most of them are very nice.

I get along well with DH's friends and their SOs. I always have a good time with them.
Same here- we've all become very close friends. I don't talk to all of them on the phone (but i dont talk to most people at all on the phone  ). Last year, we even had a wives weekend, and the 8 of us went away to Montauk.
One of them is actually getting divroced and we were really upset b/c we probably won't see the wife much anymore

I get along with some of them. Others I have nothing in common with. Some of them treat me like absolute dirt and twist my words around. I don't dare turn my back to some of them because they will have the knife in very quickly.

DH only has one married friend and I like her a lot. The rest of his THIRTY THREE YEAR OLD friends havent quite grown up and stopped being players yet.

I love the wives of the married ones ...
One of his friends had a g/f for a while who moved to NY to for him ... she was a little ... ummm .... different. But they broke up and she moved back home. They weren't right for each other, it just took them longer to figure it out. We all knew it right away.
