Diaper covers for under toddler dresses?
Some of her dresses came with them, but most didn't. Does anyone know of a place (online would be ideal!) to buy a bunch of these inexpensively? Just looking for basic cotton solid colors...

I was looking for the same. I found a white one (a little frilly) at BRU. I figured white goes with everything.

I never seen the diaper covers, But my mom bought DD ruffled panties in size 2T. They were in packs of 3 with white, pink, blue and yellow. She bought them a while ago, she thinks it was target but not 100% positive.
They are cute enough to put under a dress.

I found these great Zutano ones, but they only go up to 18 month size. Maybe that will help someone else...
