diaper rash or yeast infection?
for about 2 weeks she's had a diaper rash- not bad at all- but it went away and came back, thought it was going away again but now it's really bad, looks like blisters opened up- weird looking now- and it kills her when i change her...screams with pain, otherwise it doesnt seem to bother her her normal self otherwise-
we have a ped appt today at 11-
here's my question? can you get a yeast infection outside the skin, it's not in the back all up front, and can you get it from shots? she her shots around that time it all started?

My DD just had the same thing. Iused triple paste religuosly for a week and it didn't help. Turns out it was a yeast infection on the outside only. We used Lotrimin (cream for athlete's foot and jock itch  ) and it cleared right up. This was at the Dr.s direction. Good luck.

same thing happened with Addison
if it looks different than a "usual" diaper rash it's probably a yeast infection.

my doc told me to use lotrimin as well. worked like a charm.
