Bad rash/possible Yeast infection...

So, right when we got back from vaca, Sydney started getting some diarrhea, nice I know...
She is prone to bad diaper rashes and I think she has a yeast infection, which she has had before...
I am using Lotrimin and using epsom salts in her bath... I change her often, try not to use wipes, just wet paper towels... I let her run around with no diaper yesterday...
What else can I do??? she seems in painChat Icon

If you don't see improvement take her to the pediatrician - she may need a prescription.

Hope she feels better soon!

Definately go to the ped. Ava has had these type of rashes in the past and needed prescriptions. Good Luck

last time she had one they just told me to get Lotrimin...
What do they prescribe?
I only started the Lotrimin yesterday, so maybe I will give it another day or 2...

Sorry, I don't remeber the cream, but in one instance it went from rash to infection in 2 days. Then it required an antibiotic for 14 days....

Maybe just call the ped and see if the suggest you bring her in or use an otc. Good Luck!

Got ya, thanks!
I just try to avoid bringing her to the PED since she has a complete fit the minute we walk in the office!
