Did anyone do a tour or orientation at Winthrop?

I thought it was. They tell you where you have to go, where you can park, we took a tour of the L&D rooms and a tour of the maternity floor and nursery.

i did lamaze which included the tour, i was very informative about hospital procedure and what to expect, i found it helpful

We did lamaze and I thought it was very informative - this also included a tour. We are actually going tonight to a Baby Care class at Winthrop. We figured we want to learn as much as possible before our little girls arrival.

I signed up to do it last week. The only date before my due date was the March 18th one, so we will be there. They only run the program once a month. I hope it is good and will ease some of my nervousness.

We didn't do the childbirth class, as we have an almost 3 year old daughter and did that already. I delivered at S. Nassau last time, so this is new experience for me.
We're signed up for the 3/18 orientation too. We're also registered for the tour, I think on 3/17 or 3/24. gotta check on that.

I signed up last week and they said they would send paperwork. I still haven't gotten any yet. I was wondering if you have gotten the paperwork yet. See you at the orientation!

We were originally scheduled for last week, but couldn't make it. Next week is our rescheduled date. We got paperwork for last weeks date, but not the new one.
