Did anyone else bleed for a really long time postpartum?
Its been 6 1/2 weeks. It will go away for a few days and then come back..always red. I had my 6 week follow up and the dr. said if it was still happening a week or two later I should go back in for an appt. Its almost been a week now. Just wondering if anyone else had this.

Yes, I bled for the same amount of time. DH said that he thought I couldn't believe that I was still alive from all that bleeding lol

I bled for 5 weeks and then got AF at 6 weeks-could it possibly be AF?

I just bled for 6 weeks, took 2 days of of very light spotting, then got AF for 8 days, then had 7 days of spotting. Then I was finally done!

I bled for about 5 weeks, then I got a light AF for about 5 days. After a couple days with no bleeding (finally) I got a heavy AF for another week. Now, nothing for a few days, and I'm hoping that's it!

I bled for about 6 weeks...it was heavy the first 2.

I bled for about 4 weeks (pretty heavy) and then it was light/spotting for another 2 weeks.

yeah it took me about that same amt of time.. I was getting really light when i went for my 6 week appt.
