I just called them. They told me that it looks like my order will ship out sometime late next week (I placed mine on Friday, 1/11). The rep said that the promo offer's fine print indicated that it could take up to four weeks to ship...which of course I didn't read  but that's still fine with me.

I placed two separate orders at about the same time and one shipped two or three days ago and the other hasn't.

I ordered on the 7th, and mine's set to arrive Saturday!! I can't wait!! Ordered more than the 3 to get free shipping, too. 7 bottles for $32, not bad!

Nope, I think they got something like 50K orders so I am not expecting it anytime soon. I ordered on the 8th and on the website it still says open order.

I just received my order today! I never received an email that it was going to be shipped. This is my first time using this brand and applied it as soon as I opened the box... I LOVE it so far. I found that it went on much thicker than Essie and has a nice shine. Thank you for posting this!
Oh I placed my order 1/10 so hopefully you'll all be receiving yours soon
