Did anyone lease and than buy-out car from Lexus?
Our lease is up next June and definetely want to buy it out. Wondering if they are flexible at all in the buy-out price they list at the time of signing the lease? I know with GM cars, they are very flexible. This is the first time leasing from Lexus.

we're about to do that with my grandmother's car - no flexibility on the buy out price!

My dad did that with my grandma's lexus. They were flexible, he bargained and got it for much less than what they originally quoted.

when you first did the lease, they came up with a residual value to base the payments on - that is usually what they tell you the car is worth, but you can probably negotiate

I returned a Saab which is under GM and there was no flexibility at all

My inlaws did. They bought the car for $ 22k off the lease, when the KBB value was at $29. They felt they got a fair deal.
