Did anyone remain team green with twins?

We found out what our DS was at our 20w sono, but we reaaaally want to remain team green this time around... we are having fraternal twins.

To all of you twin mommies... did you find out the genders before delivering? Were you happy with your decision? Wish you hadn't/had found out?

I so wanted to have a surprise at babies birth, but once I found out I was having twins, I had a hard time dealing with it, and for me, it has helped me connect a little more to them, and I am now pretty darn excited to meet them.

Bravo to those of you that can hold out..I just couldn't do it!!! But thinks its super special if you can

We stayed team green, and it was the best thing in the world! We have a boy and and a girl! It was so exciting for everyone!

we stayed team green and it was so wonderful to find out in the delivery room. After all of that pushing and then them being taken to the nicu, it was so great to have that surprise. We had an envelope in the house that the sono tech had sealed. we never looked. Ironically, I almost caved the night before they were born. So glad I didnt.

Thanks for your replies! My OB does sonos at almost every visit, so this is going to be tough. He is all about people waiting to find out the sex, so maybe he can help to keep us strong! lol This will likely be my last pregnancy, so I really hope we can wait it out. I'm having a repeat c-section, so I can't use it as motivation to push.

We waited and loved the surprise!! Although honestly with the crazy birth I had it was the last thing on anyones mind (I had my twins on the side of the road). I'm the one that looked down and said- oh it's a boy! haha

I wanted to remain this time but DH wasn't so sure. Once I found out that it was I said, oh wow, that's a surprise enough. I feel that with the chaos that will be coming having a toddler and I will need some sort of organization.

I was and also with DS#3. To me, it's totally worth it....and I'm a wacko/ planner/ shopper. If I can hold out, u can too.

I actually just bought 1 pink and 1 blue of everything. When I had two boys, my parents did a bunch of exchanges for me while I was in the hospital.

What fun picking out so many names.

The excitement in the delivery room is better...when they scream what the sex is..also, its a story to share with your children one day.

DH really wanted to, and I was unsure. I broke at 11 weeks

This time we are 24 weeks with a singleton and team , its so much fun ! and since its our 3rd we needed a little added excitement hahaha I would tell my friends to stay team green if they could. But every sono is a struggle. DH comes with me every time, not for support but bc i am WEAK

I did. It was the best decision. I had a sort of traumatic delivery but I would have loved to hear the "it's a ___, it's a ___" during a c-section. That's what motivated me to stay team green. Unfortunately it didn't turn out that way but that's ok!!!

We were team green all the way and had never had the urge to find out. Everyone thought we were having or because of the way I was carrying, but it turned out to be

We were completely shocked and wouldn't change a second of it!

Stick with it. You won't regret it!
