I'm so glad that everyone else feels the same as me. On another messageboard I go on, they attacked me because of the PTL and could not understand why I felt sorry for her and why I did not know the entire story of the PTL. I was 16 years old and was not interested in things like that then but they all said they were at 16!!!
I'm surprised anyone could say such a thing about someone who is so clearly deathly ill and in pain. That is horrible. I actually like Tammy Faye, despite everything with that scandal. She seems like a caring person.
ITA with you. I am sorry that people they know gave them money but that was their own choice. I still feel bad for her as she seems like such a nice woman.

It was "Praise The Lord" an evangelical ministry in which she and her ex husband ran and stole from many of its parishioners back in the 80s.

Really? I did not hear anything. Her interview was on Wednesday and they aired it on Thursday.
I will have to look that up-Thanks!
