Did anyone skip the cereal and go straight to veggies?
My DD is 4 months old. My Dr. said I can try one cereal a week, then move to veggies (one a week) and then fruits (one a week).
My DD seems not to like the rice cereal. I am going to try Oatmeal and see if she likes that. I doubt she will like barley cereal.
If she doesn't like the cereal, can I just start the veggies?
Also, one a week seem too long? I know you want to make sure she has no allergies, but at this rate, she won't be on fruits until she is 6 months old.
Thanks

We did oatmeal. DD hated rice. We did a new veg or fruit every 3rd day, as per my ped.

Thanks

We started DD on butternut squash at 5.5 months old. Now we are trying avocado.
No cereal
