Did anyone switch from coffee to tea?

I think a BIG part of my inability to lose weight is my coffee intake. I cannot have milk so I use creamer instead - and even the fat free stuff has a ton of calories. If I have tea, I don't need any milk, just sugar or Splenda.

I also feel less jittery after drinking tea, even though it has just as much if not more caffeine than coffee.

Anyone see any change in how they felt or looked after doing this?

I usually have a cup of coffee in the AM and then drink lots of tea throughout the day (usually green tea).

I have noticed a diffrence in my energy level and it helps to keep me very hydrated.

I find that if I drink more than a couple of cups a coffee, I get a headache and feel sluggish.

I switched to tea recently. Green tea. Having regular coffee at frequent intervals made me sluggish at the end of the day. Switching to tea was a great thing that I did, because I feel energetic throughout the day.
